State 48 Floor Coating was founded with one mission: to bring a higher standard of craftsmanship to the Arizona floor coating industry. We saw too many homeowners stuck with peeling, bubbling floors from contractors who cut corners on prep work and used inferior materials.
We do things differently. Every project starts with thorough diamond grinding and surface preparation — the foundation that determines whether a coating lasts 2 years or 20. We use only professional-grade polyaspartic and epoxy systems, and we stand behind every floor we install.
Based in the Phoenix metro area, we serve homeowners and businesses across Scottsdale, Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Tempe, Peoria, and surrounding communities. We're licensed, bonded, and insured (ROC #324311), and we treat every customer's home with the same respect we'd want for our own.
